Na fls. 1 encontra-se o termo de abertura, com a data de 1609-11-29.

Tinha inicialmente 91 fls., como se vê pelo termo de abertura, das quais faltam as fls. 17, 24 a 34, 50, 51, 65, 67, 68, 70, 71 e as posteriores à fl. 87. As fls. 46v. a 49v., 63 a 69v. e 84 a 85v. estão em branco. No princípio encontra-se uma fl. enumerada. As fls. têm a rubrica "Villasboas".
